Climate Action Hobart is a volunteer, grassroots climate action group formed to promote community involvement in achieving strong climate policy and action in Tasmania.

Everyone is welcome - if you are concerned about the threat of climate change and you want to make a difference, just turn up!

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month from 5.30 pm at the Wilderness Society building, 130 Davey St, Hobart. Please enter via the back door.

Climate Tasmania Legislation Proposal

Climate Tasmania have released drafting instructions and background documentation to inform the Tasmanian parliament what needs to be done to create a formidable Climate Act. Climate Tasmania is inviting MPs and the public to discuss and comment on the proposal ahead of the governments revision of the Tasmanian Climate Act. See Climate Tasmania for more information.
