Work Towards Local and Sustainable Production and Consumption

It is recognised that food production and transport contribute significantly to our overall emissions. Further work needs to be done on reducing cattle emissions, development of biochar and other lower carbon-emitting techniques as well as ways to promote lower transport distances from food production to consumers.
